CALIFORNIA UPDATES

-
WE LOST 3 HOUSE SEATS TO THE DEMOCRATS. All three were ahead early in the counting process, but as the democrats kept “curing the votes,” the democrats continued to gain votes (even in Red Orange County). Many data points in Orange County point to malfeasance, but unknown whether the Republican party will investigate. It’s been reported that on November 7, the Orange County Registrar of Voters had a bomb threat, ordered everyone to leave, and shut off the live stream video cameras.

HUNTINGTON BEACH has voted in a full MAGA government in every city office. Which again makes you question the election integrity of the house races in Orange County. Good news yesterday, Huntington Beach still winning in the courts on their Voter ID law.

-
WORKFORCE “INVESTMENT” $1.9 Billion for diverse behavioral health workforce initiative includes scholarships, loan repayment programs, recruitment incentives. This to be managed by the Department of Health Care Access and Information (HCAI). How many Departments does California have?

HUNDREDS OF NEW CALIFORNIA LAWS TAKING EFFECT JANUARY 1. It will be illegal to park within 20 feet of a crosswalk (eliminates approximately 100,000 parking spaces from the state). January 1 is also the date that schools are not allowed to notify parents if their child identifies as transgender or requests to use a different name. It will be illegal to require job applicants to have a valid driver’s license (even for delivery drivers?). There is not much time left to solicit or buy sex from minors under 16 as on January 1, this will become a felony instead of a misdemeanor (WHY DID THIS NOT GO INTO EFFECT IMMEDIATELY?).

NEWSOM WORKING HARD ON TRUMP-PROOFING CALIFORNIA. The special legislative session yielded around $25 million for legal fees to sue Trump and the federal government “to protect California values”. Weiner’s bill also calls for $25 million to provide legal assistance to illegal aliens from being deported (including violent criminals). Supervisor Jim Desmond states that San Diego County is already doing this for $5 million/year. Another $5 Million in the bill is to support Cities and Counties defense against Trump.

CORRUPT CALIFORNIA BALLOT HARVESTING. An article in the California Globe by Katy Grimes states that California’s newly elected Assembly members and Senators were sworn in Monday, December 2nd – while officials WERE STILL COUNTING BALLOTS! California Democrats NEVER lose elections in the ongoing vote counts weeks after Election Day. The whole of America has taken notice. If you want to understand the details as to what occurred link to: https://californiaglobe.com/articles/corrupt-california-ballot-harvesting-two-more-republican-congressional-seats-lost-after-the-election/. https://nationalpost.com/video/e601fd6e-15b7-11ec-9aad-0242ac110002/grow-up-newsom-blasts-election-fraud-claims

NEWSOM’S “CLIMATE ACTION’ HAS CALIFORNIA’S ENERGY ECONOMY ON ITS KNEES. Wall Street Journal opinion piece points out how Newsom has destroyed the Central Valley through laws, regulations and lawsuits. The intended goal seems to be to eliminate oil and farming. Best part of the article: “The worst of Mr. Newsom’s schemes is offshore wind, for which the California Air Resources Boards has planned 25 gigawatts of capacity. They clearly haven’t thought this through. Just offshore, California’s continental shelf rapidly descends to a depth of 4,000 feet. This requires floating wind turbines, which must be imported from Europe or China. The plan calls for developers to haul 2,500 of these 10-megawatt turbines, each about 1,000 feet tall from the waterline to the tip of the blade, to points 20 miles offshore. There they’ll be connected to the sea floor with cables a mile long. High-voltage underwater cables will transmit electricity to offshore substations. This is an environmental and financial catastrophe in waiting, but Mr. Newsom says only a climate denier would oppose it. https://archive.ph/2024.11.29-182914/https://www.wsj.com/opinion/climate-action-has-californias-energy-economy-on-its-knees-green-lawfare-oil-e11518a2

CALIFORNIA ENERGY COMMISSION approved a $1.4 Billion investment plan to accelerate progress on the states’ EV charging and Hydrogen refueling goals. This will result in 17,000 new chargers for passenger vehicles statewide at about $83,000/charger. Not sure who was awarded this contract. Hopefully, it’s an American company. https://www.breitbart.com/politics/2024/12/13/broke-california-to-spend-1-4-billion-on-more-ev-charging-stations/

PROTECT ILLEGAL ALIENS. San Diego Board of Supervisors voted to NOT cooperate with federal authorities to deport illegal aliens (including violent, convicted criminals).
